lumia 620 keeps rebooting...

Hi,,
first i had a problem with the loudspeaker, i was trying to watch a youtube video when i noticed that something is wrong, it didnt make any sound, volume was 30/30 and the volume indicator (wp 8.1 dev preview) showed that the loudspeaker is on (yes i checked earphones and they worked properly) so i rebooted the phone... nothing... removed battery, soft reset.. but nothing worked, so I thought that removing battery for a while would fix it, i left it naked for about a 15 minutes, when i turned it on sh** got serious :/ now its not turning on when i press power but, and keeps rebboting on charger (nokia logo - lowbattery indicator - nokia logo - ....) i tried Nokia software updater for retail, reinstalled wp 8.0 black, but the problem persists
few hours ago it was live and working perfectly, and no it didnt fall ...
how bad fixing it would be?

Charge your phone for 30min+ & then Try "hard reset" if your device response with vibration or showing up Nokia Logo....For Procedure go to Nokia support page...If your device not responding directly take it to Nokia care...
