Lumia 620 QHSUSB_DLOAD

Well yesterday i upgraded my phone to windows 10 for phone and it was well.... crap so i tried to roll it back to windows phone 8.1 and its got bricked i mean hard bricked the device won't turn on nor would it vibrate when i try to soft or hard reset it and none of the recovery tools work and
the device manager shows that the device has a QHSUSB_DLOAD error (Qualcomm download mode)

please help

Need help soon as my phone also has the same problem and I can't figure out a way to fix it

I recommend taking your phone to a service center to fix it. (Thats how i got it fixed)
