Lumia 625 Contacts related issues

I am using Lumia 625 Nokia phone. I am doing contact sync with my Exchange 2013 server. If i do any sort of edit (Name, phone number) with contact in my phone immediately the contacts delete from the phone.

Please help me on why the contact delete automatically after any sort of edit....
