Lumia 625 my device is so slow gets stuck while switching the apps after the Lumia Denim Update and

i dont have much apps in my phone but it gets stuck all the time and i have to restart the phone after it gets stuck. and device is really slow comparing to windows 8.1
please give me a solution other than downgrading the device because i like the data toggle in that denim update and folder feature

Try a hard reset?

No need of downgrading but it is advisable that after a OS installation we should reset our devices so that it will clear the unnecessary files of previous OS.....

I dont think U need to do before installing......but its very much advisable to do after installing
