Lumia 630 location services gets stopped automatically and again gets to work on its own. why?

I own a Nokia Lumia 630 DS. It's GPS / Location service suddenly stops working when I am on an air conditioned commute. It gets working when I get it to a open area. Again sometimes it stops working at any place and again gets to work on its own. Soft reset is not helping. I do not want to do hard reset as I need to download almost 5GB of apps all over again. Help!

Like on the underground or subway? Deep inside a building not near windows?

Could you join the site and reply with more specifics? Air conditioning has nothing to do with this, I'm sure.
