Lumia 630 social share problem

I dont have Twitter as option for social share in any App (9gag for instance). My twitter account is fully conected with my L630.

Don't take my word on it, but if I remember correctly, Twitter is not yet updated for Windows Phone 8.1 accordingly. Which means it doesn't make use of the new APIs. What I do to share to Twitter is using an app called UniShare (UniShare | Windows Phone Anwendungen + Spiele Store (Deutschland)), which lets you connect to multiple social networks and share a status to all configured networks at once. It even connects to your Me Tile.

Ask the Twitter devs. Even though they've provided a couple of updates for their app ever since its existence, they haven't shown much interest in it really.
