Some countries haven't received the update either because the local telcom has blocked it or Microsoft has forgot

Romania, the problem is that all my friends got the update. the problem is with the phone

You could be right since this page says all 630s except for those on vodafone have denim

I could suggest you use windows device recovery tool to get the newer version windows phone. Do you know how to do that?
