Lumia 635 Red Nokia Screen?

Earlier today my Lumia 635 from ATT turned off randomly. I turned it back on after charging it and now it simply shows a red nokia screen.

I did some research into the matter and was instructed to use the windows phone recovery tool, which did not work. (Error: Operation ended in failure). Tried it 5 times with a different cable, sd, etc. Nothing.
Tried the soft reset. Nothing.

What can I do?
