Lumia 640 4G LTE AT&T Unlocked not getting the Windows 10 Mobile Update.

Hello.

Well, the other day I buy a Lumia 640 4G LTE from AT&T (United States) and then unlock it so I can use it with my mobile operator in Mexico (Telcel). Everything is working like a charm with the old but good Windows Phone 8.1, but as every other thing in life, things need to go on, so when I check for updates to get Windows 10 Mobile, it says that my phone is up to date, I turn it off and on, and it says the same.

There is some problems trying to update a phone unlocked when it was not unlocked from factory?

Also, some things are still in english, but my device it configured in spanish (like some voice commands and some texts in Settings).

It used to require the update advisor app? That still a thing?

Sorry, I have no idea as I refuse to downgrade my phones performance and usability with 10.
