Lumia 640 and win10

After i updated phone to win 10, 3-4 days ago i got alot bugs with it, today i have read somewhere that there is one more update, i make it too, but sitll a lot of buggs.

Some of them are:
cant take screenshot,
cant recive photo messages on Viber,
cant rate apps in windows store,

any solution, suggestion, help?

Are you running an insider build?

If so which build?

You can check by going to the about screen, if you do want to upload a screen shot make sure it is cropped like this:

I'm running 14295 on a 640 and I've got no issues I know of. Screen shots work fine etc....

Did you do a hard rest after the upgrade? It is recommended and it helped me with a couple of initial glitches.

Yes, solution is Hard Reset. I did it last night, updated all apps, now it works perfect. All of those probles are gone now.
