Lumia 640 continuous reset after update win 10

last night I update my Lumia 640 on Win 10. after update , I could not unlocked phone , no keyboard . I back to win 8.1 with a Windows device recovery tool . I again update phone to win 10. phone works , but Lumia restarts every 10 min.

roll back to 8.1 using windows device recovery tool and initiate the update again.
