Lumia 640 help please

Hi all
My brother and I purchase Lumia 640.
In our both Lumia we install video navigator pro and vlc app.
Both app crushes n not showing video in mylumia 640 but in my bro Lumia 640 it show all video n audio without crush.
Is there any problem in my Lumia???

Hard reset or soft reset???
