Lumia 640 - ring/answer but no voice incoming + outgoing. What should I do?

Lumia 640 - ring/answer but no voice incoming + outgoing

Only today - when phone rings sometimes you here the other person say "hello" on answer but then a clunk & neither parties can hear anything, but call still active. Otherwise silence from start of call. Same on outbound calls.

The only 'technical' thing I did today was copy/paste a new MP3 ringtone into the ringtones folder.

Please solve my drama.

It doesn't seem OS problem still try resetting... The other possibility could be fault in mic.
