Lumia 640 XL Weather App Update in a loop

Hi All
My Lumia 640 XL asks me to update the weather update. I tap the icon, it downloads the update, installs it but then goes back in the beginning stating action reuired, tap to update.

Any ideas anyone?

There are two methods you can try:
A. Method 1:
1. Simply wait for a few more minutes or hours before trying again.

B. Method 2:
1. Disable automatic setting of time and time zone in your phone settings.
2. Manual sync your Microsoft account in email+accounts.
3. Restart your phone after the sync.
4. Attempt to download the app again.
5. Re-enable automatic setting of time and time zone.
