Hi, wife's phone I updated to windows 10. Now she has to go through a miillion steps to save pictures from text. Anyway to streamline it to way it was on win 8.1? Thanks

That was an old problem, are you running the latest version of Windows 10?

If yes, then it's probably the place she saves them from. Try Google Images for example, it should save them directly.

Well pre update she would just save to phone and it would auto upload to one drive.
Now she has to pic each folder every single time.
For example-save pic-choose app (this device or onedrive) this device-choose pic folder-choose save pic folder-enter file name and save.

Before it was just save pic and phone automatically chooses the right folder.

Well she has the latest update from windows via update app and att.
her config id says 1000.035451. is that the right number?

Also there are like 5 steps to save a picture where as before it was save pic and the phone did the rest.

Ehh, I was talking about the compilation of the update. Whatever, I believe you. Where does she save them from? Possibly it's an update of the app?
