Lumia 650 rebooting randomly

Hey, guys! Have you had this problem with Lumia 650 maybe?

I guess we should only do a hard reset. We did no hard reset on it since August 2016, when my girlfriend bought the phone.

But I'm just curious if somebody has this issue before, and if yes, how it ended?

We did try to the battery, and put it back into its place, but that have no results.

If you shake your phone, you will be able to feel slight battery rattle. Use paper to support and see if it helps.

Yes, but yet - not too much of the paper, as the back cover in really thin and soft, and if we placed to much paper, it would tend to pop out. I don't want to reform her back cover. It's my girlfriends phone, not mine... That's why I decided to check if I can solve it in a different way.
