Lumia 720 automatically delete emails

Hi all, my lumia 720 delete all my emails itself.
First I thought that it could be outlook problems, but then I discovered that this happened with my Gmail too.
I was in many trouble because I didnt receive any email from my boss, finally found more than 15 new emails in the trash .
I dont know what is happening. This problem didnt happen with my previous lumia 900.
Please help to fix this :crying:

What protocol are you using for these email accounts: POP3, IMAP, Exchange ActiveSync?

I think it's Exchange ActiveSync but I dont really know the answer . Can you show me how to check that?

There isn't anything on the phone regarding messages once they've been read. The only changes to delete / remove the email is if you select the delete option, which it doesn't sounds like you are doing.
Try to delete the email account on your phone and recreate and see how things go?

I have this same issue with my Nokia 1020. My Comcast email account (imap) will periodically delete all emails in the inbox. It has nothing to do with how old the email as it will delete messages that are very new as well as very old. I've checked my email settings both on the phone and on comcast's web site. I can't find anything that would trigger this. I have gmail, outlook, and a comcast account on my phone and only the comcast deletes my messages.

Outlook automatically deletes the emails older than 1 month from the phone. This is triggered by cleaning the temp files. I may be wrong but I noticed this when I cleared my temp files and saw that the emails older than a month are not present in my phone. Doesn't really matter to me as the emails themselves are not deleted from server. So I can access them anytime online.
