Lumia 720 file problem

I received lap software through Bluetooth it was just2mb, but i couldn't find it where it will be stored???...my screen get freezes .don't know wht problem. Some one plzz..... help.

Was this an email attachment, MMS message, or something else?

What format was the file you received?

I received through Bluetooth, its was kind of lap software, zip format. I tried to open in mobile but it showed"unsafe to open on ur device" then i closed but i couldn't find now..

Windows Phone does not support .zip files natively. You need to use an app such as Archiver. http://www.windowsphone.com/s?appid=d061135a-5aaf-4033-b8b7-eec68abba397

I have not tried this app, so I have no idea how well it works.

That app i have already, its nice and simple to use ,but received file was not for mobile its for laptop.

Nokia has lot of issues with the file transfer but network point of view it is unmatched with any other company manufacturing mobile, to buy nokia lumia online one can research in google for the lowest price!
