Lumia 720 restarts automatically

My phone automatically reboots. I have reset the phone twice and uninstalled all applications. Still the problem persists and this is disturbing phone usage.
Please suggest ways to solve this...

Have you checked for phone updates in settings?

Thanks for your reply. I have updated software. Still " swipe down to power off" appears automatically and I am unable to use my phone. I am a Nokia Fan, but loosing patience to switchover other brand
