Lumia 730 after updating to Windows 10 ,no withstand of Battery

I am using Lumia 730 after updating to Windows 10 everything is going nice except my battery , continuous draining of Battery power how to over come ? Should I replace a new battery ?

Sometimes the battery takes some time to adjust after an update. When did you update?

replacing the battery is not a solution at all, unless you see a instant and a huge fall in battery percentage in a quick time paired with random reboots and shut down.

So have you recently updated your device to windows 10? could you tell us your OS build which is found under settings>system>about>more info. Are you an insider in any of the rings? ( release preview, slow or fast)
FYI: After an upgrade to windwos 10 , it is highly recommended that you perform a hard reset without restoring any backups.

After updating to windows 10 my lumia 730 mobile & its charger gets frequently heated too much ,also the stand by of the battery without using the phone is only 7-8 hrs.
should I go with new Battery & charger?
