Lumia 730 dead , White light blinking on corner

My lumia 730 is dead, it is not starting up, I have a white light blinking on the left top corner of my phone.

leave it on the charger for a coule of hours and try again
If it doesn't start, try a soft reset by long pressing both volume down and power buttons until the phone vibrates and restarts
If that fails, connect with a pc and see what happens
