Lumia 730 does not load after windows 10 latest update

Need some help.

I had upgraded to Windows 10 few weeks back and today i downloaded the latest update and installed it.

100% download complete
100% Preparing to Install was done
Then the two wheels kept spinning and the progress bar completed the entire installation and post that it tried to restart the phone, but the phone does not load the OS.

The blue windows icon comes up and after a min it restarts again. This goes on and on and on..

Please help.

Try soft resetting first (press volume down and power button at the same time, hold until the phone vibrates and let go).
