Lumia 730: How to get images in Photo app?

After hard reset, my device is not showing images from SD card to Photo app. Also data sense is showing images, songs and videos in other category? How to fix this issue?

Go to Storage Sense and unmount your SD card... Reboot and the card contents should get indexed. Help ensure that by opening the correct programs and letting them search for your contents.
