Lumia 730: How to get Windows 8.1 Update 2?

Hi,
Once I was able to update my Lumia 730 to Windows 8.1 Update 2 via Windows Insider App when Windows 10 was not released. But, now this app directly downloads Windows 10 if the phone is running Windows 8.1 Update (1). Is there any procedure to get Windows 8.1 Update 2 on Lumia 730?

well, Nokilumia520 gave the answer that it doesn't work

Check that your region, time, date and time zone settings are correct - however, if update 2 wasn't approved for your region, you won't get it.

You don't want windows 10?

That's strange. Both my 830 & 640xl get 8.1(2) in wdrt. If you want to experiment, first upgrade to w10 then try wdrt

before windows 10, 8.1 versions were released depending on country and device. There are still devices languishing on lumia amber update while others reached denim update.
If the update 2 was approved for that device and for that country, then it should be available. My own 1020 didn't get denim update so I can understand what was happening
