Lumia 730 Price

Yup they have finally kept a good price tag for this phone. Waiting for the phone to hit the stores and its full review.

Someone let me know when the 730/735 price might go down? Because I decided my heart belongs to the 730/735 and the $250 price is killing me...if it ever drops down to maybe 200, or if anyone finds anything, let me know. I'd get it on carrier but I wanted it off contract D;

I wanted to get a new phone around my birthday (Oct. 20th) and was planning to get the 820, but the glass is killing (After the 520, I refuse to go back D:) plus I really wanted an up-to-date phone (dare I say) so I won't be tempted to get another one in a couple months.

I would get a job and save up, but I'm only 15 (jobs at that age kinda suck) and my mother said she wasn't spending a dame over 200. I had to beg her to consider her to get something over 150, actually. Phones and expensive and i'm poor D:.

Yep . price seems to be on the fair side. But they did removed the shutter button, Dolby sound etc..

In Portugal it costs 250€, sim-free.

It will probably drop to 200€ when the carriers start selling it...

AMOLED & IPS LCD have their own advantages & disadvantages. As compared to ips lcd, amoled are not that wide angle viewable. Ips lcd have more colors as compared to amoled. Amoled are a bit dull(less colours) hence it helps you save the battery, unlike ips lcd which have more colours which drains more battery, hence normally amoled screens have a bit lower brightness. Talking about contrast, sharpness, ips LCD are better. Ips LCD are cheaper & amoled displays are costlier, hence you get more phones with ips lcd, not amoled. Amoled screens are also thinner as compared to ips LCD, hence phones with amoled are thinner

OLED displays are not dull. They are bright and vibrant compared to IPS LCD. It helps you save battery because it turns off individual pixels to show black colour.

IPS LCD does show true to natural colours, while OLEDs over saturate a little.
