Lumia 735 Screen Problem

Hi, guys, I was hoping you could help me with my problem. Today I used my phone like I always do, but when I wanted to play some music, I turned my phone on, and the screen wasn't responsive at all. I can get messages, talk over the phone, but the screen just wont start working. What may be the problem here? Thank you

How often does this happen? This has occasionally happened with me even with the 521.

It actually happend for the first time yesterday. The problem is that it still lasts, even after few restarts. What helped you when you had that problem? Thank you for responding.

Weird, that shouldn't be right. In those cases, I would just take out the battery and of course, that makes it stop. It sounds like it would be better to get your phone sent in for repair, because it shouldn't be so frequent

You could try to clean the screen from smudges, finger oils using a microfiber cloth and screen cleaner. Sometimes, those things hold the touch that interferes with the touch screen. Plus, don't use the phone while your hand is a bit wet if you do.
