Lumia 820 missing majority of 8.1 features after Black update

Hi,

my Lumia 820 recently updated to Black version (extras+info settings screen says i got black update) but i would say majority of the features is missing.
No Action Centre

No photo background for start screen icons

No battery stats

No storage sense

No Cortana

Music+Videos still remain there although it should have been removed

and much more...

I have no idea what went wrong, but for me, only thing that changed after update to Lumia Black is that extras+info reports different version. That is all.
So what should i do?

Black is a firmware update, 8.1 is an OS update that you don't have. Get into the developer preview and grab the update.

The features you mentioned are in WP 8.1 update, not in the Black update
