My wife has had her Lumia 900 for about a month. She absolutely loves this thing!

There is one problem that she is experiencing, however. We had trouble getting the Visual Voicemail option to show up but finally resolved it by deleting all of the old messages in her mailbox and then having AT&T reset the mailbox. Unfortunately, when the "Voicemail" sliding menu item appeared, the voicemail icon (the little round object with the cassette icon in the lower left corner of the "Phone Hub" "History" screen) diappeared. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to get it back?

Visual Voicemail is great, by the way. The difficulty with the missing icon, however, is that my wife doesn't have a quick way to call the voicemail number to change administrative options, etc.

The circular voicemail icon disappears, as far as I know, for everyone once Visual Voicemail is activated. If you want to access the traditional voicemail for changing settings, just hit the ... at the bottom of the screen and go to "Call Settings." Once you are in the call settings menu, the main screen that comes up shows "Traditional Voicemail" with a call button right under it. You should be able to access all the administrative options through there.

Guess you already know this, but you can call VM from Call Settings. But I agree, adding Call Voicemail to the popup menu would be a good idea. The icon might confuse VVM users.

My Lumina 1020 VM icon disappeared after an annoying message kept popping up on my att phone asking me to sign in to visual voice mail. Up until that point or invisible update, I did not know I had it, nor did I seek it out. After I having this happen everytime I tried to see who had called me after pressing the phone tile ( sort of stupid it does not show you who called ) it takes you to a list of your calls for the day. I noticed at the bottom of the screen the " cassette " icon was gone. I went to settings as discussed here, but it only gives you the choice to enable your ph # or the default platform vm number ( which I do not fully understand THAT purpose either ). In any case, as it is a problem which I wish to solve...who can help? Is this a Nokia, Microsoft, or ATT problem. I think its ATT. But considering that I had a live problem for months, which ATT never solved after months & months, I do not think like before they will be of any help at all. Thanks for anyone's help here.
