Hi, I've had my 920 for a year now, never had a problem with it, till today.
I was doing something with it and had to change region, and of course restart it so the change can take effect.
Before the restart the battery was at 100%, it had just stopped charging, when the phone turned back on again, it was 23%!! And right now it's still charging back up to 100%, currently on 34%!! Did anybody experience this before? What's the problem? Is the battery dead?

First, are you using your percentage from a battery app or battery sense?

I ran into a small issue with WP8.1 where it looked like it wasn't charging properly. I simply did a soft reset and all is fine now. I recommend trying that, maybe a couple of times if necessary.

I'm using battery sense.
Update: I've restarted my phone again about half an hour later and it's back the way it supposed to be at 96%. Still I'm not comfortable with my battery playing games like that. Anybody knows what the problem is?

Edit: It seems the battery is draining way to fast without me even touching the phone. It wasn't like this yesterday.

I have the same problem with my 920. I have to do various restarts during the day but the phone will last 24 hours without recharging. its just there is something that makes the phone loose track of its battery I think. I am waiting for my contract to end so I can upgrade my phone to a new one.
