Lumia 920 headset error

Ever since I upgraded my Lumia 920 to 8.1 my headset started to flip out.
The phone doesn't use the microphone on my headset, but instead uses the phones built in microphone.

Is there a way to switch between what mics to use? It worked fine before the upgrade.

Anyone else with similar problems, or any tip on how to resolve this?

Have you tried performing a soft reset?

Yes, several times, I think.
The soft reset is the volume down + power button until it vibrates and powerdown right?

just pwr+vol down. after vibrate you don't have to press anything

Thanks, that's what I've done several times. It havn't solved my issue yet :-/
