Lumia 920 India cv - people on dev preview have you'll received the Cyan update?

I am on 12397 and do not see cyan update. Will I need to go upto 14157 to cyan?

At the moment there's a block on anyone with the Developer Preview because of an issue with Bitlocker. They should remove it soon and then you'll be able to update to Cyan on the Preview.
