Hello,

I am pretty proficient with Windows Phones. Have had a Focus, and Lumia 900. Now have the 920. Love it, except will NOT sync with my work email, which is Outlook/Exchange. Didn't have a problem with the Lumia 900 doing it. And the 920 will sync seamlessly with my Hotmail and Aol accounts. Every time I try and set up my work email, this comes up...
Error code 80072F30 we're having problems downloading messages(not frequently)
Or this one EVERY TIME...
We are having a problem connecting to...(our company server name)
Error code :86000107

I've tried on this phone. Ive done a hard reset. I've tried on the 8x in store. Same result. Is there a bug or something I need to do? If not, I need return the phone, which I love.
Thanks
Craig

Everything but email syncs. When i unchecfk email, no issues. When email is checked, error 86000107. Every time. And i think outlook 2007

Outlook 2007 is an e-mail client. Please ask your IT Department which version of Exchange. An alternative is to go to Outlook Web Access and you should see a copywrite at the bottom of the page....

Also check you can browse the OWA url in IE to make sure you dont get a certificate trust warning. If you do the phone won't sync unless you add your corporate certificate to the device.

Also, if you went to the store and HTC 8X did the same thing, it isn't just Lumia 920 thing. It probably is a clash between the OS policies and your company's certificates.

certificate issues are a comon cause of sync issues. I've had no problem with my 920 syncing with our exchange 2010 box

Certificate issues

Does anyone know how to fix a certificate issue I may be having? Also, I just asked It and the version of Exchange we are using is 2003.
THanks

Here is what comes up when I try Outlook Web Access...

Shows all boxes on the left(inbox, etc..), but no emails. Only the gibberish above. And there was no certificate warning or anyhthing like that.
