Better, but MS still needs to show people they mean it

Does Microsoft releasing their enthusiast program not show that they're serious about updates? I don't see Google ever offering anything like this. And I'm fairly sure there is no 18 month support, simply an 'encouragement' to support devices for 18 months.

Or they just do this to get stuck with the same android and the cause you to buy a new one lol.I hope WP8.1 will be released for all devices who now have WP8,because that would be great for me and everyone who own a WP8 phone
