Lumia 925 Bad Imai on t-mobile

Hi, I just bought a phone on EBay and release that the phone has a bad imei, I'm a foreign (no live in USA) and just wanna know if is possible to unlock the device, cause is possible to use it I my carrier here just if can be unlocked (is too expensive return the phone to the seller)

I think it will depend upon which carrier its locked to in the U. S. I can tell you that if its ATT I think ypu will have a lot of problems. They would not unlock a Lumia for me and Nokia tried for a month and couldnt do it. I gave up and bought another phone. You can try and call/email the carrier and see what they say.

You can also take it to a local "unlocking" phone store and see if they can do it.

​EDIT: Just saw your title. Its with t mobile. Email them. If not. Unlocking store.

PS- I hope you left a terrible comment on the ebay sellers sight so others wont buy from them.

Definitely I'll.. And also I'll try a online unlocking service and see if they can figure it out.. Again I don't live I the USA
