Lumia 925 Blurry pictures

Hi all,

When taking pictures of lets say group of 5 people and if any off them will move their either their face or hand, that part of the picture will be blurry. I have been trying to take pictures of my cat or dog in a bright daylight on auto settings and the pictures are always blurry as the cat/dog is moving, even if they are moving slightly. I have tried both - default camera app and the new Pro camera app that came with black update. Is anyone else experiencing this problem either with 925 or other WP device? Is this normal, and if its not is there a solution to this? Can someone test and see if they can take picture of a moving person/dog without it being blurry.

Second, I would like to point out that auto settings are not always the best for taking pictures. If you're taking pictures of something moving, try the SmartCam feature of Nokia Camera or try Burst camera app. You can also adjust the shutter speed in Nokia Camera to prevent blur during daylight.

As the scene gets darker it's more likely you'll get blur. This is simply due to your hands and being human. So even a great low light camera needs a little help. If you need to use the flash.

Taking a good picture is not always easy even with a simple point a shoot. Keep in mind this is not a powerful DSLR and even though it has a bunch of fancy features it's still smartphone with a good camera. Practice makes perfect so the saying goes.

If you feel your camera isn't performing as it should after a bit of practice then I personally believe in doing a hard reset. That's my personal opinion. I did this after I got the Black update and I've been very happy with my pictures ever since. Keep in mind a hard reset wipes your phone.
