Lumia 925 : Copy contact from phone to SimCard Lumia 925

Hi,

I lost my live.com email password and there is no other method to retrieve the password because i also forgot the backup email i've used.
So right now i would like to copy my phone contact to my sim card. so that i can do Factory reset my lumia 925 and use a new microsoft account.

How can i do that?
