Any idea on where to get drivers?

Drivers should be in C:\Program Files (x86)\Nokia\Nokia Care Suite\Drivers. I had to reboot for them to take effect (win7 64 bit.)

Anyone know why I would be getting an error for a corrupt FFU file when trying to refurbish my 928 via NCS. I've downloaded it (and all the files) twice from the link in this thread. Any ideas?

I'm receiving same error about the FFU being corrupt or missing.

Nokia Care Suite can update it, but I don't know if it will completely delete everything. Also see attached pic:

If anyone wants to flash using NCS, install this and copy the file inside this zip to C:\Program Files (x86) (or C:\Program Files for all you 32bit people )\Nokia\Nokia Care Suite\Product Support Tool For Store 5.0

NOTE: Drivers might need to be manually installed.

Installed NCS, replaced the userconfig file, I think the drivers installed, restarted PC, but keep getting this error...what am I doing wrong.

I hit the same error myself. Saw a note on the site hosting the Nokia tools, said try this Data Package Manager that's hosted on the same site. After grabbing that, entering the product type and code, I was able to start the download for what appears to be the correct firmware. Problem is, it's a 4gig file that's going at about a gig an hour

IF anyone needs help flashing this ROM, I have made a really easy to follow guide for flashing the Lumia 920 with amber. The 928 steps are only different with what ROM folder you use. What the best way to do this? Download all the files the OP listed? Site must be getting hammered, it's telling me 12 hour eta to download the 4GB file.
