Lumia 930 2G/3G Problems

Salam to all,

I received Lumia 930 a week ago it is updated to Lumia Cyan and my Carrier is CV GBIE.

1) I am in Pakistan here 3G signals are Week, so I need to operate phone at 2G. but under phone option only 3G and 4G are available. I have re-flash using Lumia recovery tool that automatically down loand and install the same CV GBIE carrier OS

2) and the screen of Lumia 930 is little uplift near top left cornor. is it by default or a defact

1. If you dont have 4G/LTE in your area, then select 3G. The option 3G is the maximum used speed and not the available speed as per signal. So keeping it in 3G will use 3G if available or else will use 2G
2. It is a defect, get it replaced under warranty

No the 930 will not get glance because the display type will not allow it. No update can fix this.

Impossible to have it on 930 as it is hardware restriction
