Lumia 930 Low volume on video recording, Skype etc.

Hello!
I have a Lumia 930 with denim. There seems to be a problem with the microphones, as the volume recorded is very low on videos, in Skype conversations, Skype Qik etc. It seems to be only a problem in scenarios when the phone uses any other mic than the "in-call phone-to-ear"- mic (sorry for that one, don't really know how to explain it better).

Have anyone experienced similar issues? It's very annoying since Skype is basically useless...

Have no idea where to begin on fixing this. Tried Binging it (yes, it's a verb), but couldn't find anything...

I've got the same issue. Sometimes it seems to work fine others it doesn't. It's pretty frustrating when I record a cute conversation with my baby and I go back to listen to it and I have to crank the volume up to 30 to hear anything.

I haven't been able to find a resolution yet.
