Sadly I don't have any 60FPS videocamera, but I think 30FPS will easily prove that you are wrong, since micro stuttering is this: Micro stuttering - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Don't get me wrong, I will not make this video for you guys again. Now I do not care about the nonsense and all craps you are talking here.

I will make a video for the people who search on google for information and read that type of crap you talking about. So I need to prove you are talking crap for them, not for you. I really don't care anymore for you. Just two or three guys who know nothing about technology and want to remain ignorant.

Xbox Music, Facebook, Twitter, 6tag (third app lol) and WPCentral. I will show a very fast scrolling, normal and very slow scrolling. It's funny because at first, the problem happens all the time. After my video and explanations, only with slow scrolling LOL I'm wondering what would be the excuse after my new video.....

Again, not for you guys.

I'm not used to speak in english, only write (and poorly like you can see). Sorry for my bad english.

30FPS video, so it's not smooth like real life or at least a 60FPS video.

I hear you exactly ShadowDK, down to the start menu "appear" stutter ...
I had also posted the same thing a few time ago but it was too early to draw attention on this.
It's not related to any lock screen app, it's not related to having too many apps in the home screen (I have only one screen's worth), nor to any weird background app...
Want an example? Open the Nokia camera app and go to settings and tap the box with the image aspect ratio setting... how come it does not open fluidly?
Another one? Open the MS podcast app and start a random one, then go back to the search screen... in my phone this flows like an old 80486 pc.

Simply put, this phone stutters and it is not known if this is WP-related (my 930 also stuttered with stock 8.1), hardware-related or Lumia-related.
Only thing I know for sure, is that I once owned a WP 7.5 device, a HTC Radar with a slow *** processor and outdated hardware, and I **never** saw a single stutter even at full load (ShadowDK, can you confirm this thing about WP 7.x?)

So I'm inclined to think that something changed between 7.x and 8.x that caused these stutters to appear. It might be a byproduct of some internal change they made (e.g. CE kernel in WP 7.x switched to NT kernel in 8.x), which they're not gonna fix soon.

p.s.
Rodrigo Mendes, please stop flooding this thread with your videos, we've got it, you don't see the stutters.

Yeah, finally some true here and not only nonsense and crap. There are others very rare scenarios that have stuttering like this. But it's really rare and 925 had more than 930.

I've found interesting thing, not sure if it proves anything but at least it could be a potential reason for this scroll jitter. I've looked at how WP work with touch and find out that they actually differentiate scrolling by dragging finger across the screen which they call simply DRAG, and just flicking the screen to scroll which they specify as FLICK. That's a fact so there is actual difference between dragging and flicking which some of us see. Now remember that this micro stutter looks like a content of the screen that is being scrolled sort of jumps number of times. Well Microsoft specify that when people start moving finger across the screen manipulation event called ManipulationStart occurs and than during drag ManipulationDelta event occurs number of times until movement stops, to notify system where exactly users finger is. Did you see this certain similarity there? System deals with touch by firing delta event multiple times like screen jumps multiple times, but when we just flick the screen and lift our finger from screen no delta event occurs as same as there is no jumping of content that has been scrolled. I know it could be nothing and I really don't understand how WP work and how rich works but it sounds pretty concurrent to me. Also if that's how it is, it would mean that this phenomenon is actually how system itself works and thus all windows phone devices as well. And that would mean that some of us are seeing things or others doesn't see this thing that is clearly there :D. Otherwise power of placebo effect ;). What do you thing could this be proof that this scrolling jitter affects all Lumia phones and possible source of this "issue"?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone know if this jitter/stutter is still a problem on Windows 10 Mobile? It still annoys me on my 930, and I've considered getting a 950, but I wouldn't want to pay a premium for a 950 if it also has this issue.
