[SUP]
* Documentation varies between Gorilla Glass 3 and Gorilla Glass 4. Awaiting definitive determination so assumes lesser grade.
[/SUP]
1. Max data speed on Single SIM is LTE Cat6 300mbps download, 50mbps upload. Max data speed on Dual SIM is LTE Cat4 150mbps download, 50mbps upload.
2. microSD capacity of 200GB is maximum card size at time of documentation publishing. The microSD reader is future proofed to 2TB capacity.
3. FM radio requires a wired headset be plugged into the headphone jack. The wires in the headset are used for an antenna. Without a headset plugged in the FM radio App will not function.
4. AT&T 950 users are reporting no FM radio on the AT&T branded variant. User tangledW reports that the hardware is present and requires a 3rd party App be download from the store. Look for a firmware correction in future(?).
5. Higher frame rates planned to deliver Slow Motion Video capability in upcoming firmware advances.

Regarding single or dual SIMs, since MS store doesn't list the RM number for the 950s sold or say the number of SIMs, is it like Congress and we have to buy it before we know what's in it?

The XL I tested in the MS store was a dual SIM device but I'm not trusting them now.

I could be wrong, but I think every 950 XL is dual SIM.

I'm curious if only the unlocked 950 has dual SIM or if dual is even available in the US.

My impression is that the ATT model will certainly be Single SIM. Further, from discussions with Microsoft Chat in the online store about other models, I believe that Single SIM is the default Factory Unlocked offered in the US because we are so backwards.

Dual SIM is confirmed. Single SIM we will find out shortly. :winktongue:

I've been told by a Microsoft Store employee in Calgary, Canada, that they'll only be offering the dual-sim variant, and they will not offer the single-sim. So.. yay us?

Depends...

Will you use 2 SIMs ever?

Will your network exceed Cat4 in the lifetime of this device?

Personally I believe I will use 2 SIMS sooner than I will see download speeds in excess of 150mbps.

Has anyone confirmed if the AT&T version is a single sim or dual sim?
Don't know but it will be a cold day in hell when a US carrier sells a dual SIM phone if a single SIM version exists.

Dual SIM would let customers use another carrier for data or compare another carrier side by side for a period to see if they want to switch.

the model number people are reporting is RM-1105, which is the single SIM version.
I believe there is a post here in 950 forum, name is unboxing photos, that shows the battery compartment also...

OP edited to reflect reports from AT&T users that their 950 has no FM radio...
And so it begins.......

Every new carrier phone should have a thread where owners report the little surprises the carrier included at no extra cost. Just ONE of the reasons, people should buy their phones from ANYONE but a carrier. It's about as good of an idea as if you were being tried for murder and hired the alleged victim's mother as your lawyer. The carrier has a conflict of interest when it sells phones.

So why don't UK carriers do that kind of crap then? Only thing the UK carriers do is add their own software and/or lock the phone to their network, if anything at all. But they never touch the hardware

Let's not jump to conclusions just yet.

Is the FM Radio app even available in Windows 10 yet? I don't see it in the store.
Maybe there's a firmware issue waiting for an update.
Who knows, there could be any number of reasons and it could come later. These phones and the OS are clearly not completely ready.
