lumia 950 can't send pictures via MMS

Hello. Wife dropped lumia 950 at Springsteen, wouldn't turn on. had insurance. Got new phone overnight (securion worth it btw!!!). replacement lumia 950 was all fine but now about 5 days can't send pictures via MMS. Can send text. LTE or wifi not working to send pix.

I think I need to change the MMS APN but not at all sure if this is what to do.

Help???
Called 611 last night, not resolved after half hour on with them.

What carrier are you using the device on?

Did you setup the new device with the SIM installed? You may need to hard reset the device with the SIM installed. I'm using a unbranded 950 on AT&T and no issues with MMS.

you need "cellular data" on to send MMS. Group text or picture. You cannot send it unless you have cellular data turned on. Wifi doesn't send it. Cellular data only. I had AT&T also and I kept cellular data off because of my 200mb cap. I needed to turn it back on to send or receive group text or pictures (any mms). Then I would turn it back off. Turn on your cellular data.
