lumia 950 heating and battery drain issue ..can it be fixed !

so my lumia 950 is updated through fast ring latest build ...the stand by time is great is less than 1 per hour ...how ever while using the device ...it heats and battery drain so fast ...I can go through 1 day ...but I think a high end phone must do better ...I really don't use apps
the only apps are youtube client and reddit client ....this is a high end phone it should ,,or must do better ...some of you might say turn some features and I don't think that solves the problem ...

I would have done exactly what you mentioned, turn something off. When you look under Settings>Battery, what apps are using the majority of your battery?

The apps I use the most are Messenger and Groove music, but not much though, and not much calling either. The battery lasts at least 48 hours. Dunno if I've been extremely lucky with this one.

Besides, wireless charging makes me forget about the battery, it's where I usually put the phone when I don't use it.

Edit: A hard reset might fix things.
