Lumia 950 not detecting SD Card bug?

Anybody else experiencing this issue, every now and again my phone restarts and doesn't detect my SD card I have to take the card out and the battery and put it back in again so that it will detect again this can happen multiple times a day.
The micro SD card I am using is a SanDisk 200GB. I'm starting to think that this mite be a bug as I have hooked it up to my PC and the desktop detects it just fine.

Have you formatted the sd card in your mobile ?

yes multiple times

Reasons for non detection:-
1. Uncleaned SD card
2. Voltage Issues
3. Improper formatting of SD card
4. Virus Infected SD card.
