Lumia 950 reads your text messages aloud in your car, does Apple or Android do the same?

I carry my Android but I use my Lumia 950 in the car because it reads my text messages aloud!

Neither platform is proactive like Cortana is. I can ask Siri to read my messages but it requires I start by holding home or saying Hey Siri.

I can do the same for Google Now but neither will ask me when one comes in like Cortana does. But yea once you get either phone listening it goes fairly similarly.
