Yes, in the middle of the call only. I don't use SD card, so probably it's not the cause. And I didn't do any restore after factory reset.
Now I am trying to use it as Skyway mentioned in post #15 - when not using BT handsfree, turn off BT. Will see and post results later.

Another reboot today during call with BT connected. Happens while driving, at a location where phones typically switch to another transmitter Have also have reboots which seems to be triggered by incoming SMS, and when the 950XL is not in use.
Is still at OS build 10.0.10586.0

My daughter and I each got a 950 from AT&T on release day. We are both experiencing random reboots. I have had mine reboot during in car Bluetooth calls, but other times, too. Help!

First reboot happened to me today and Bluetooth was open. I usually close it after driving. Problem can be related to BT. No upgrade to .29 here yet.
Also battery doesn't last a day. I'm heavy user though. But my 930 was better.

I've had 2 reboots in around 1 week on my 950. It was a fresh install.

First time it happened overnight when charging, I woke up and had the lock screen message saying your phone was restarted so can't use hello please use pin code. Then again when I cam in last night and put it on charge, as soon as I plugged it in it rebooted.

You mentioned fresh install, but with what build? The phone may have gone through updates
over night that required reboots.

I am having the same issues. I am using AT&T Lumia 950 since launch. No major issues. Occasionally I would see this message for Windows Hello as a surprise "Your device restarted. Enter pin to unlock". May be once in 2 weeks or so.
But since last couple of weeks. It has become horrible. I would press the power button, nothing happens (black screen). After 10 seconds the device restarts. Even without pressing anything the device would just restart on its own. Almost 8-10 times a day. Really annoying when I was on a trip out of country and I needed my phone the most.

It's still happening in 2018. My L950 restarted like 6 times today and when i had it on 100% battery like it rebooted and the battery life was at 75% and any text or pics you took or gotten recently don't save, so that was kind of a annoying experience.

Have the reboot issue since I am on 15254.248. I changed the battery, no change. It does not reboot when it is on the charger. This started about a week ago. Till then not a single problem. Reboots randomly about 3-6 times per day.

I've not found why.
