Lumia 950 touch screen

I have the Lumia 950. So far I love the phone and all it can do. App Gap is a little frustrating sometimes but no real biggie for me. My question is why is there no sensitivity adjustment for the touch screen or am I just missing it? When my phone is in a holder or sitting on top of my desk, the touch screen rarely if ever works. I have to physically hold the phone in my hand but then everything works fine. So weird.

Any suggestions?
