Lumia 950 volume button issue.

I am wondering if anyone else has had issues with regards to the volume down button not working for their Lumia 950? I can still soft reset my phone by pressing volume down and the power button, But I am not able to lower volume? Clearly the hardware isn't the issue,this is quite distressing.

As far I am able to understand the key is working perfectly coz you are able to soft reset using same key so its a software issue or some bug so take back up of ur data remove your memory card and do the soft reset if issue persist do the factory reset
