Lumia 950 will not record phone call. help please

Have the Lumia 950... updated phone recently. It has the record call button and it seems to work, except that nothing is actually recorded. The calls are blank.

That's odd. So when you go to voice recorder, the recordings are there, but there is no actual data on them? Is that what you're saying?

Try a soft reset.

To do a soft reset, simply hold down the power button until the phone vibrates and restarts itself.
