Lumia 950XL Apps Say The Phone Has Only 2GB Of Ram

Hi, i just trying out a few apps like wintools, phone info, system view and myphone all say the same thing that my total memory/ram is only 2048, but in settings>system>about it says 3gb installed.
Has microsoft conned me, or have i got incorrect hardware, or is something not functioning?

Your phone has 3GB of RAM without any doubt.

I have the same problem. And the FB app is the same - it claims that the phone doesn't have the required memory.
